We are open Wednesday and Sunday from 9:30 to 17:00 and Thursday to Saturday from 9:30 to 21:00, serving modern, fresh breakfast and lunch dishes. From Thursday to Saturday evening, we also serve dinner with selected wines in a warm atmosphere.

Breakfast in the morning, bistro cooking from midday and good food through the evening. Jan Fribus and his team combine familiar dishes with their own ideas, seasonal produce and skilful cooking.
Much of what we serve is made right here in the bistro – from sourdough bread to dessert. There are also changing dishes, good coffee, selected wines and cocktails. Our menu is deliberately kept evolving – with the season, the produce and the ideas.
